- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to make sure the needs of your business are completely taken care of. Our pricing is competitive and fair and tailored to you. We're flexible based off your needs. The best way to receive a complete and relevant quote is to reach out and schedule an onsite visit to assess the facility needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we start personal consultation to identify your business service needs. This consultation is usually in person, but our team is flexible and able to do a virtual walkthrough. Every one of our customers has a different service need for their business and you are no different. After the consultation, we provide a "Maintenance Proposal" designed to fit your needs. We then match one of our many cleaning crews who best fit the needs of the customer/project at hand. The day after the initial cleaning service one of our Quality Assurance Reps will contact the customer to ensure satisfaction. As our working relationship grows, we periodically review your needs, making sure we're taking care of both you and your business.

Our Customers are one time and ongoing "Commercial Cleaning Accounts" that vary from Medical, Dental, & Business Offices to Schools, Daycares & Shops. We're a firm believer in serving all people with excellence, transparency and delivering uncompromising quality.
