Great customer service!! I called them this past Thursday to make sure I got quoted the correct price because other companies charge double just for testing. It was correct and someone came out to do the test the next day. Joe was very polite and professional. Still waiting on the test results because this took place this past Friday and Monday was a holiday. I would recommend them to anyone that's dealing with a mold issue

They came out and were very forthcoming with the fact that I didn't have any visible issues. They said since there was nothing to test, I should move forward with the contractor work, but if they find anything that they would come back out and test as part of the initial visit (as I'd already paid for a test). I highly recommend both for keeping informed and for being reasonable/adaptable.

The people from ARC were very professional starting with Nina. Once we got the ball rolling she was keeping me up to date on who was coming over and what I needed to do. Joe, Tyrone, and Danny were punctual and got my mold out of my room. Overall, very pleased with them.
