I met with Christine for interior design work and was incredibly impressed. She has a wonderful sense of style and was able to capture my personality perfectly with her design recommendations. She has an attention to detail and was very generous with her time -- coming over multiple times to ensure the items were just right. She acted like it was more than just a "design job" but really important to her that I was pleased with the transformation. She is a wonderful decorator and I highly recommend her!!!! She is also a jack of all trades and even acted as a handy-man to remove chair cushions to take for upholstery and install a new light fixture!
Looking for quotes can be overwhelming and or take awhile. Not with HAUS 353, they are so responsive and helpful and put together a beautiful quote, there passion for this really showed in just the beginning stages. Can’t wait to see the finished products!

BEST EVENT PLANNER, HANDS DOWN!!!! I hired Ingrid and her team last minute for decorations and event planning for a work party. By far, the best decision I've ever made. My wedding is in August, and I've went along and hired her for that event as well. She's proficient, efficient, and a visionary!! Her ideas are so thoughtful and personally organized! I am so impressed with her work and her expertise. She never ceased to amaze me. I got so many compliments on her flower arrangements and decorations that for so perfectly with the theme. I can't wait to see what she's got up her sleeve for my wedding in August. Also, this wasn't the first time I've hired Ingrid for an event. I hired her back in November 2015 for my MIL 50th birthday party. Her husband and herself, arrived much earlier for setup and made sure everything was the way we wanted it to look, before hey left the scene. They are so professional and such hard workers. I got a ton of compliments on their work that our family friend also hired her for her services for their wedding too! I will always refer Ingrid, without a doubt! She's my go-to person since Nov 2015.
It was a beautiful baby shower decoration. Alexia made the decoration looks stunning! I received so many compliments about the decor. Our backdrop is lovely and more than I had ever envisioned myself. She definitely exceeded my expectations. Our tables, balloons were also way more beautiful than I would ever have thought. You truly get so much from working with Alexia and her partner. I really just showed her some pictures, gave her my vision, and she executed flawlessly. 100% Recommend.
Yes, some would think that one wood blind is the same as any wood blind. I regretfully found out that this is not true. I thought I would save time and just purchase the builders window blinds package that was offered when I was selecting the options for my new home. Well, after only six months of living in my home the wood blinds started to warp and crack. They made my brand new home look terrible. It was a terrible investment. I found Made in the Shade Blinds & More and they were able to schedule an appointment with me the following day. They came and educated me on the fact that all wood blinds are not alike and I just wasted a lot of money. They were able to show me wood blinds samples, explain and show me the difference between the wood blinds they offer and the ones installed in my house. All of the window treatments they offer come with a limited life-time warranty. The kicker is - I paid just a little bit more than I did when I purchased the builder package. Made in the Shade Blinds & More is an excellent company and I highly highly recommend them.
Words cannot suffice in terms of how Dar has truly blessed our family! I interviewed at least 5 interior designers and Dar’s level of experience, attention to detail, and referrals far exceeded anyone else. I greeted him with a hug when I first saw him because he has this joyful magnetic glow that makes you feel like he is a really good friend. Dar is very punctual; he shows up exactly at the time he gives you and he does not rush you. He is knowledgeable, very attentive, and incredibly patient (we would sometimes have multiple hour meetings). He worked around our schedule with our little ones and never complained about the long hours he put in or how meticulous we were in the designing phase. We enjoyed working with Dar so much that we hired him to stage our house, which put our house over the top in a competitive market. I cannot wait to bring him on board to give our new home the “Dar touch”!
In August we moved to a new home in Poway. We love it so much but found ourselves in a furnishing dilemma. None of our old furniture fit into the new house and we just didn't know how to configure the rooms or what style we were going for. We felt like we needed help! Kim Smart has a great eye for color and design. She nailed our style with just a quick walk around our house. She is helping us add to what we have to get a more complete and consistent look. As we look for furniture and decorating items, Kim is great with sending pictures and links of ideas she finds that are perfect for our home. Not only has Kim helped us define our style but she is keeping us focused on our look and color palette. We were stuck...but with Kim’s help and guidance our house looks better than we could have imagined! We also love that she is so flexible. I hired Karina to make flower arrangement for a party at my house and I was extremely happy with her work. Besides coming up with gorgeous arrangements, she enhanced them with beautiful vases and worked with the caterer to provide him with flowers for food decorations. I loved that Karina is absolutely honest and very easy to work with. I gave her my budget and she maximized it to the absolute, providing me with the best result possible. I have recommended Karina to my friends and will do it again without any hesitation. Excellent work ethics, exquisite work, remarkable customer service!
I needed help choosing paint colors for the the walls and what color flooring I should use that would match the furniture I have and the rest of my decor. She also helped choose the type and color of carpet for my stairs. Cheryl has a good eye for color and new how colors will change once I had painted and the floors were installed. Everything worked out great. She also had some good suppliers to refer me to.
Deborah was the perfect hire! She helped me realize my vision by taking my existing pieces, finding a few small new things, and putting everything together in a cost effective way. I had a birthday event planned by her and it was simply marvelous. I had the opportunity to meet the top chef from season 2. The people were great,.the food was awesome. Mrs. Taylor was very attentive to my needs and wants that I envisioned for my birthday. I would definitely recommend her for another event.

Deuce was truly a lifesaver when it came to planning my husband’s 40th birthday party. I wanted something that would be unforgettable but still within my budget and Deuce was able to come through with everything I wanted and more. I consider myself a pretty creative planner but I definitely pale in comparison to Jackie’s creativity when it comes to decor, presentation, and making the whole event from start to finish very memorable for my husband. Jackie is one of the sweetest, most creative people I have met in this industry and I would recommend Deuce to ANYONE who is planning any event or party. It’s worth every penny spent. Laura was great to work with! At first I wasn't sure that I was going to add a day-of wedding coordinator to my budget but after my first phone call with Laura, I knew it was essential. She's an expert about event set-up, timelines and catering so I immediately felt at ease and knew that if I hired her I could relax and enjoy my wedding day instead of worrying about the details. Laura and her assistant Jody were essential at our wedding - they gracefully handled everything behind the scenes and made sure it was a perfect day for my husband and I and our guests. My friends and family commented on how great Laura was at pushing everything along throughout the day, and troubleshooting when necessary. Laura's day-of coordination service might just be the most important service that I purchase for my wedding day!
