Introduction: Your event is a unique celebration, designed, developed and presented by Chef Molly and her staff of experts. The planning process begins with your vision for your special day. We wil design a custom menu and create an ambience that will reflect your style and personality. Full service means that we can recommend and coordinate all services from entertainment, valet parking, floral arrangements, photography and videography, tablewear, linens, china, glassware, dance floors, tenting, ice sculptures, lighting and special effects and more. Our expertise in these services assures a flawless result and an exquisite experience. Please ask about our unique locations. Others will give you a few choices from standard menus and services. That is not our approach. After you have met with me, your desires will be brought back to the Chef and she will personally design a menu for you. We only ask for a commitment after you have approved the menu and the quote.

We loved his enthusiasm to make sure we had the best food possible for our reception. We had a strict budget and Neil made our food look like we spent thousands. We would book Neil everytime for a big celebration. He is an artist when it comes to food and you can see his love of food and wanting his clients to be thrilled. I would recommend Neil to anyone plus the overall experience from start to finish was not stressful at all he took those worries away with great customer service and really dazzled us with his personality and we were very confident in him that it dissolved any stress we had and allowed us to spend our attention on the rest of wedding planning. If you want a great chef book Neil and you will be so pleased as we were and everyone at our reception raved about the food and how he displayed it. True artist at work!!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York, Chef Molly returned to her native California, beginning her career in the San Francisco Bay Area, in the kitchens of notable Chefs. In 1995, Chef Molly relocated to Orange County where her catering company was born. Although her activities are many she still finds time to mentor young chefs. In addition to her work in the kitchen, Chef Molly enjoys giving lectures and demonstrations on cooking and entertaining. She is a regular contributor to food and event industry magazines and writes many internet articles.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
