- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York, Chef Molly returned to her native California, beginning her career in the San Francisco Bay Area, in the kitchens of notable Chefs. In 1995, Chef Molly relocated to Orange County where her catering company was born. Although her activities are many she still finds time to mentor young chefs. In addition to her work in the kitchen, Chef Molly enjoys giving lectures and demonstrations on cooking and entertaining. She is a regular contributor to food and event industry magazines and writes many internet articles.
