Introduction: I have been a real estate investor and property manager over the course of the last 20 years. I spent 25 years in the financial services industry before becoming a Realtor. I went from helping people with building their nest eggs to helping people, some of them the same people, find their nests. Purchasing a home appeals to both our practical side and the same emotional side of choosing people in your life. While checking all of the boxes is part of the equation, at the end of the day, it’s really a feeling. Property management comes down to accessibility and commitment. Finding tenants and managing their tenancy requires due diligence and communication. Trust in me; nothing makes me more qualified than having tenants in multiple properties.

Renee represented me in my search for a home. She understood, moreso than any other Realtor I had previously worked with on both coasts, the things I wanted because she listened more than she spoke. Renee showed me several properties that checked all of the boxes and we entered escrow on the one I fell in love with. I gave notice to the landlord of the rental I was in and she already had new tenants. Then the escrow fell through, right before the holidays last year. Renee knew that I didn’t want to make a rush decision on another property so while I was trying not to panic, she found me a short-term furnished rental and referred me to the movers she and her team had used several times in the past. I wound up being in that rental for 6 weeks over the holidays while Renee found several other properties to show me. The one I wound up purchasing, I loved even more than the first. After the close of escrow, I did an extensive remodel and she was there through the entire process. She introduced me to various designers and contractors that transitioned the new house into my dream home. Renee was tireless in every aspect of our endeavor and it was obviously she enjoyed the process from the hunt, to the negotiations and the close.
As a person, they don’t grow them any better; as a Realtor, she’s in a league of her own.
