We’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with Stacy for the last several years. Stacy is very courteous, professional and readily available to help us with questions or concerns we might have about our property. Stacy, through her company, The Wright Associates Companies, has managed two rental properties for us. Having managed these properties ourselves for several years we know the challenges of managing rental properties; e.g. responding to complaints from renters at all hours day and night and trying to get rental payments in a timely manner, etc. Stacy handled all of this efficiently and professionally without involving us. At the same time if an issue came up that involved the owners making a decision, a large repair expense, etc., Stacy would contact us and provide us with all the necessary facts and options to help us make a decision. She would then efficiently carry out our wishes. Stacy always tracked the rental market for us to make sure are rents were comparable and competitive with the rental market in our area. This place is a AMAZING.. They advertised for me. Showed the property, screened tenants; found a good one, got the lease signed and collected deposits. I've had the the tenant for 3 years. They also handle repair requests and lease renewal. All I literally have to do with this rental is collect rent that EPM has the tenant direct deposit into my checking! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It’s been a pleasure working with Drew. I was looking for my first income property. Drew is very personable, listened to what I was looking for and was readily available to show places. He seems to truly care to see that my needs were met. He has proven to have a good grasp of the market and negotiating skills; knowing how much I could get the place for and how much I could rent it out for.. He also shows to be very driven and hands on. Drew made sure any concerns were met such as questions to the buyer/agent, HOA, and questions pertaining to the structure were met. The place also needed some fixing up. I wanted to look into possibly updating the kitchen and bathroom a bit. He coordinated time with a contractor to look over some of my concerns. Suggestions were also made to make smaller changes that would make a big difference and they did! Ashley; one of the staff members is also very pleasant and has also been very helpful. Buying a home can be a stressful process. Drew made sure everything went as smoothly and efficiently as possible in a very timely manner. I had planned to have Avanti then manage the property. Drew handpicked the tenants and it’s going to be rented for the price I wanted within a very short time span! I couldn’t be more pleased!
