I enjoyed working with Scott. My lease renewal was easy and he negotiated a great rental price for me.

I've known Scott for many years - first as the property manager for our current location and, subsequently, after changes in ownership, as an independent broker. My experiences with Scott have been consistently professional, friendly and positive. He is very good at what he does and he's patient with those of us who are on the outside looking in. The commercial real estate business world can be very daunting - it is critical to work with someone you can trust each step of the way and I have found him to be that someone. I highly recommend his services and am grateful to have him on my side.

Scott understands the market and has a great rapport with clients. His patience with a long approval process, was an asset to our organizations' mission. Great Job!

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

List a property for lease or for sale. Find properties for a client to lease or buy. Provide knowledge and current information on the market to assist a client in knowing what is going on in the market. Help a client negotiate for the purchase/sale/or lease of a property.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

That bigger is not always better. As a small independent broker, I spend a great deal of time providing the best service I can to my clients. Every client is extremely important to me in order for me to succeed. For big name brokers it is more of a numbers game than personal service, so you may have a big name, but often you find they do not have the time to spend on making sure your needs are met.
