- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since proper bed bug treatment is very labor intensive, we really need to have a phone call to learn what is currently going on with bed bugs, and full details of the furniture in the dwelling. Given our expertise in only treating bed bugs, our 1 year warranty and success at treating furniture that other companies would tell you to throw out and then spend even more money to replace, we provide the best value for 100% bed bug remediation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best and most efficient way to answer all of a new customers questions and to best determine the proper next step is by phone call. While texting or emailing is possible, it slows down the process of general information gathering and ultimately getting the new customer the needed info to make an informed decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, all Branch 2 Structural Pest Control Operators, Field Reps and Applicators are required to have continuing education and re-certification. Everyone in branch 2 Structural Pest Control has a background check and has to re certify their continuing education every 3 years for license renewal.
