Diane made me the most wonderful gluten-free potato soup. It was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating it! She also made me a crustless quiche with eggplant and roasted garlic. Oh my goodness, it was so creamy and savory. The best I have ever tasted. I am definitely calling her again!
