- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very low, comparatively. There are no hidden fees or subscriptions. We offer $9.00 meals and free delivery. Meals are ordered on a weekly or twice a week basis and delivered. Clients are then given a flyer in the middle of the week that announces the options for the following week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is getting to know their taste buds, likes, dislikes, and giving them options designed around that. Each week they pick and choose what types of meals they want to build.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 14 years of professional chef experience ranging from pastry chef to executive chef. I went to school at the CIA and NCC and earned degrees in both culinary arts and baking and pastry. I have worked in some of the world’s best Michelin rated restaurants. I have also opened restaurants that focus around health conscious food.
