Working with Matthew was such pleasure. First and foremost, he was very kind, punctual, and reliable. Aside from the the amazing customer service, the food phenomenal and very unique. I am very well versed in fine culinary cuisine and would consider myself an avid food. Matthew's ability to create unique dishes with exceptional flavor profiles was to die for. Not only is he able to produce dishes that send your palate on a magical journey; Matt can imitate traditional dishes that exceed the level of dishes I have had at some of the most renowned restaurants in the U.S. My experience with Matthew's catering was nothing short of amazing and I am looking forward to continue the use of his service for a very long time. Anyone who is considering hiring Matthew for a job; I would highly advise in doing so. From the quality of person, to his high level of professionalism; Matthew is a very experienced Chef with exceptional cuisine.

I hired Matthew for a private party of 20 people. Not only did he offer his services much lower than my budgeted price, he brought top notch service!! Seriously, WOW. His background and experience from Napa Valley really separates him from any other chefs I have hired in Orange County. He catered to my needs, and made sure he put out dishes that all of my guests loved. His food is truly sensational.. stuff you wouldn't see around here. Examples, flaming brie cheese with chardonnay apricots, five spice cured and braised pork belly with honey whipped sour cream, and many more!! Will definitely be using him from now on. Very talented and professional. Highly recommend.

We hired Matthew for a private dinner party for my sister for 10 people. Matthew gave so many amazing options for his coursing and for the deserts, but we decided to leave it up to him! Let's just say to this day, we talk about this meal being he best of our lives! He brought 5 courses, full of our favorite foods. Each dish had such amazing flavors, textures and color- and 3 different dessert courses that were just as amazing. He showed up on time, prepared, and delivered all courses in the perfect timing and order. The pricing was great, and we would pay it over and over to hire chef Matthew again! Would recommend him to anyone.

Amazing experience with chef Matthew. My family was caught up in the madness of the holidays and thought to look online for a little relief for our dinner gathering before new years, and we could not be more pleased. All of our dietary and health restraints were met with absolute grace, which can be hard to come by with such a diverse family as ours. The food was delicious, from the vegan butternut soup with candied nuts to the rapini dish with, get this, fresh made ricotta! The chef's approach to vegetables was refreshing, and though I did not eat any myself my carnivorous comrades were quite pleased as well with their protein options. Five stars chef!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very low, comparatively. There are no hidden fees or subscriptions. We offer $9.00 meals and free delivery. Meals are ordered on a weekly or twice a week basis and delivered. Clients are then given a flyer in the middle of the week that announces the options for the following week.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is getting to know their taste buds, likes, dislikes, and giving them options designed around that. Each week they pick and choose what types of meals they want to build.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 14 years of professional chef experience ranging from pastry chef to executive chef. I went to school at the CIA and NCC and earned degrees in both culinary arts and baking and pastry. I have worked in some of the world’s best Michelin rated restaurants. I have also opened restaurants that focus around health conscious food.
