I've had a wonderful experience training with Rochelle over the past three months. In this short time the results I've seen following her training and diet plan have transformed me into a healthier, happier and more confident person. I hired Rochelle after noting a trend of weight gain as a result of a sedentary job. She is thorough in her evaluation, very motivating, and challanges you to achieve the goals you have set. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge people monthly and have extremely reasonable rates. My theory is that everyone can benefit from training no matter what your budget is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Meet them, find out everything about their situation and goals, asses then create a program based on what they want and what their body needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am constantly educating myself. To maintain certification you must earn continuing educational credits. I also have added multiple certifications over the years.
