- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The client should know that my team and I are honest and responsible in our actions. We do business with respect for our partners, who are our clients. Regarding the cost of services. We try to constantly evaluate our work depending on the market value and make it a little cheaper to get a good mood from the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Due to my poor English 😅😊 I will ask my clients to try to send more detailed information to me remotely via Viber, Telegram, WatsApp or message. In general, I am constantly learning English and will soon be able to fully communicate without an online translator. Have a nice day and good mood 🤝🇺🇦🇺🇲
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Higher education in Ukraine. I have already gained my knowledge and skills during my work in various types of jobs.
