We hired this service last night for my husbands 67th birthday. We had maybe the best time we ever had in 38 years of marriage. The limousine was brand new and and the gorgeous driver insisted that we help ourselves with the bar. My husband kept saying that we were going to get charged at the end of the night for the drinks but we were not, In fact after we paid the bill the driver waited while we had one more glass of wine and listened to some soft music that he recomended. I picked this company because my friend has been using them for twelve years and I saw that they had won a lot of awards. I have to tell you that I made the right choice and it is a pleasure to let other people know about them. I hope everyone sees this and gives them a try. I'm so glad I found Dorian Keyes and Ride in Style! They were my last try before I gave up on professional transportation all together. Dorian there was wonderful, and was very patient with me as I told him of my past trials and tribulations with other companies. He was able to make me feel comfortable, and I'm glad I gave them a try! The driver was great, the limo beautiful, and the service spectacular! They will be my transportation service from now on, and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking services they can count on.

I reserved this company for a special event 4 months in advance and was charged in full for the 5 hour booking due to it being a "special". Less than 24 hours prior to my event, the owner called to inform me the car scheduled to pick us up for our event was involved in an accident and they could not keep our reservation. I was told I would receive a prompt refund of the fees I prepaid. I was also told my info would be given to other limo companies to try and re-book for our event. No other companies called me, and my fees were never refunded. I have now disputed the charges with my credit card company and I will report this business to BBB and Thumbtack. Do not use this company.

I spoke to Dorian Keyes several times before making my reservation and each time he was so pleasant and helpful that I knew I had made the right choice before the limousine even showed up. The whole night went perfectly and the driver was a big part of that. The limousine looked like it came right off a showroom floor and the bar (included) was stocked. This company has an A+ rating with the BBB and deserves it.
