Introduction: Hello OC ladies! I just moved here from Las Vegas. As a certified personal trainer with over 15 years of experience, I have worked with women of all ages and fitness levels and helped them get in shape. I know many of us might have physical limitations, whether it's from a previous injury or being overweight. Therefore, I can design a program that will give you the results you need, taking into consideration your previous health and fitness history. I will communicate with you throughout the session and make sure you enjoy the workouts and are happy with each session. It's important to me that my clients don't dread the sessions while they work hard to achieve their goals! I use free weights consisting of dumbbells, bands, balls and TRX. I also incorporate cardio and pilates depending on your goals.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    There are no hidden fees. I drive to my client's home or an outdoor location that the client prefers. If they are outside a 10 mile radius I charge an additional $5/session. I have affordable rates and offer discounts on sessions over 8.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We have a quick phone call or text if they prefer. Then I offer a free consultation which includes a mini workout session. During this I collect information about their current and past health and fitness history and limitations, talk about their goals and assess their strength and weaknesses. Then design a program that takes into account everything I learned during the consult.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    My main certification is with ACE. But i've done continuing education courses in various fitness modalities and also have a background in Pilates.
