- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50/hour, but I always break a project into tasks, so I can give a price for each element.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask questions by email and put together a mock-up which usually is very close to what they had in mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a PhD in Comparative Literature, and have excellent writing and editing skills which are useful in helping clients with their text. I have also studied painting and illustration which have aided me in producing attractive layout designs and selecting color schemes.
