Burtoe exuded quality from the moment I opened the door. He listened attentively to the issues we were experiencing, asking questions as necessary. Then we went to the main bathroom in question, where he examined each fixture for the most probable causes. Finding nothing, he then did the same with the 2nd bathroom, where he also found nothing. He then explained the likely reason for the odors we were smelling, and suggested purchasing a commercial grade enzyme cleaner to be used on all the drains - we have ordered one. This was a $0 evaluation/estimate call. He said if the odors persisted after the enzyme treatment we would need to call back to arrange for more costly processes to be attempted.

Daniel responded the same day I called. Showed up on time and fixed the issue. I asked for a couple suggestions and he gave me some reasonable options to help prevent issues in the future without trying to up-sell me a whole new plumbing system.
