Ari did a great job working out whatever food sensitivity issues I had as well. She was very quick to respond, always within the same day. Her workouts were killer but also definitely worked and showed the progress you desired so long as you kept to her plan! Definitely would reach out to her again in the future for more training when able. She provides mentoring on all kinds of topics as well which is more than what most trainers do/are involved with.

My experience with SVI fitness has been a great one! I was recommended by a friend who lost a good amount of weight with SVI fitness. I loved her results! I started the program with the thought of losing a few pounds. I ended up losing 30 plus pounds. My trainer Ari has the programmed laid out in a way that it’s so easy to follow. I love the fact that you have an app included throughout your fitness journey, which allows you to have your workouts at hand. It includes demonstration videos as well. Also the responsiveness of The trainer Ari is the best. I love the fact of weekly check in via phone and the app. Any questions you may have are answered anytime and right away. The meal plans are delicious and easy to follow, even with a busy lifestyle. Ari is very motivational and educational. You will surely learn a few things along the way! I highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to kickstart the health and fitness journey and also learn the tools they need to stay fit and healthy!
