Introduction: I have been certified as a CPR instructor for over 4 years. I am a full time professional Firefighter. After having so many friends and family members ask me how to handle situations in a medical emergency I wanted to become an istructor to be able to teach others on what to do. I enjoy teaching and want people to feel confident they know how to handle an emergency. Anyone who I partner up with to either teach a class for me or assist with me is in the Fire department or in the emergency medical field with real life experience and shares the positive attitude to train others on how to save a life. my team and I enjoy helping others! It's why it's also our full time jobs as well! And we want to train others on what to do before the fire department arrives or when to call 911 so people can get the proper help. It's a great feeling to know the skills you taught someone could be used to save another persons life and change both the victim's life and the rescuer's life you trained.

After attending my CPR class with Heart Start, I now feel comfortable and confident providing basic first aid and CPR to anyone I may come across, including my family and loved ones. Furthermore, the instructor Aaron, was very prompt, professional and friendly throughout the entire course. He provided us with first hand knowledge on every topic, as he is also a full time professional firefighter. I couldn't think of a better person to teach our company these necessary skills. I will defiantly be using this company for future classes and will be requesting Aaron as our instructor

I took the full BLS for Healthcare Providers course through Aaron at Heart Start CPR and it was a great experience. He was so professional and knowledgeable, had everything organized so the class flowed smoothly and my CPR card came in the mail so quickly! Thanks Aaron for a great class!

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have worked out any questions the customer has regarding the class. We will submit an invoice to them verifying the services provided and how much the class will be. Our instructors show up 30-45 min early to introduce themselves and get the class and materials set up for class.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a full time Firefighter for over 10 years. I have performed CPR in real life in many circumstances. I have been a certified American Heart Instructor for over 6 years. I feel my team and I are able to give realistic situations with our training and experience to our customers on what to do before during and after 911 comes to your aide.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with Doctors, Nurses and Medical Assistants in many doctors offices, Personal Trainers for gyms, babysitters for child day care centers, Senior Living Residents. Firefighters re certifying and Police Officers looking to renew their CPR
