With a Bachelors in Kinesiology and a personal trainer, it allows me to better understand the body, accurately locate and manipulate the muscle, and provide assistance with exercises and stretches to help with certain conditions, and/or injuries. Amber is an amazing trainer she really knows various exercises and programs to help you reach your goal. She helped me lose so much weight and after build a lot of lean muscle. One of the best perks is she is also a massage therapist!!! She knows how fix and knots in my body and relax after working out! I've had multiple trainers but Amber is the best I've ever had!

She was very professional, on time, and very strong. I suffer from Lyme and Fibromyalgia and detox is very critical with my condition. She is very knowledgeable of points and lymph nodes for detox. I have scheduled more appointments with Amber for future.
