Lyndell was absolutely fantastic. He came over, gave an estimate, and started the work the following day. The job was pretty intensive and Lyndell stayed until almost 8PM to get the job done! Beyond that there was an alarm sensor on one of the doors that he replaced that went missing. I asked him to replace it since he was responsible for losing it and he repeatedly apologized and said there was nothing he could do about it. I think it's a shame when people don't have accountability for their actions. It was a minor cost which I will now cover, but if you're going to do a job I think it's fair to be a professional and take responsibility. He provided excellent craftsmanship but I'm disappointed in how this was handled.

Sometimes there are things that happen outside of our control on the job site? I can only do a diligent job, I can't watch what's going on, on the other side of the house? I believe that there was a sender there, that came up missing over a 2 day period. I kept everything I took apart together, so 1 part came up missing? Should I have to pay for it?

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all depends on the square footage and details. Quantities, special requests, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have to identify what needs to be done first. Then we define all the parameters of your project. Then I need to price it and make a proposal for your project. At this point we decide if we have an agreement or not. If we do, it will be stated if a deposit is required at the time of the order. When units are installed complete the balance is due and required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had 4 years training in the carpenters apprenticeship, and 10 years with the Union. I was licensed 1986 cabinet and millworkC6 and Contracted over 30 years doing cabinets, doors and trim, and moldings.
