I was referred to Rick by a family member for some simple painting I needed in my dining room. I felt at ease from the moment I met him and his knowledge in all aspects of his work impressed me. This led to Rick doing a total remodel of my kitchen. While working on my kitchen he discovered and addressed several other problems , like leaking pipes under the sink, mold inside of the cabinets and electrical outlets that needed to be updated, that were not part of the remodel, but saved me much time and money in the long run. After my kitchen was completed he rebuilt my patio cover in it's entirety and up to code! He is very professional and not only claims that he will do his best, but expects it of himself. He is easy to communicate with and follows through with his work as promised. He is very reliable and went above and beyond what I expected. No matter what work I need done ,I call Rick !!

Not a license contractor. Legally they cannot contract for jobs over $500. No insurance carried by this HANDYMAN. Has been violating law for years. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM ARTIST. ASK HIM TO PROVE HE IS LICENSED AND CHECK ON HIM. YOU WILL SEE FOR YOURSELF.
FROM: LICENSED GENERAL CONTRACTOR WHO MOTHER GOT SCAMMED BY HIM. HE DISSAPEARED WHEN I GOT INVOLVED. RICK HAS BEEN REPORTED TO CALIF. CONTRACTORS STATE LICENSE BOARD.
