We hired Chris and his partner Saxton to do our new plumbing for a bathroom addition and relocation of our kitchen as we renovated. He was upfront about what would be needed to do the job, which included upgrading the size of the pipe in the crawl space. After having about 7 plumbers come check out our project, we chose Chris and his team for a few reasons: he seemed honest and genuine, he didn’t act dramatic about drilling through some cinder blocks in the crawl space that some of the other plumbers were nervous about, he had a good estimate of how much time it would take, and the price was almost half of what a lot of the others had quoted us. The job involved— relocation of a gas stove line, relocating kitchen sink and dishwasher hook ups, relocating water spout, running new PEX piping under the house, setting up new plumbing in the new bathroom, and a small leak in the current bathroom drain. After they completed the job, we have nothing but good things to say about our experience. They were punctual, flexible on priorities of the projects, flexible on days to work, friendly, professional and weren’t offended when I chose to do the finish plumbing myself and Chris even offered me some advice! We felt in great hands with Chris and he knows the industry standard for plumbing after serving over a decade in the San Diego Plumbers Union. It’s safe to say we found our lifelong plumber!

We had some issues with incompatible parts when they first came out here, but we rescheduled and everything came out great. They left me with a much cleaner setup than before and I couldn't be happier with the results. Very punctual and pleasant people, would hire them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most small jobs we can give your a hard number at the time of estimate. Bigger or more complex jobs, we charge $105 an hour. We also have salon/business maintenance programs for 300$ for the year! We offer full home plumbing inspections for 150$! Camera inspections for 350$
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Shortly after our phone, or text conversation. We will show up to the property and access the situation then. We can usually give the customer a good idea on what to expect just through the phone conversation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years of local 230 union experience. 5 years of trade school (Southern California pipe trades) c36 state plumbing license
