First and foremost Ben was professional in dealing with the permitting process. It’s difficult and a must have. Permitting is essential! Ben’s electrical background is solid as well as his work ethic. This is a home built in 1947 so bringing it up to code was no small task. Like any major project do your homework and understand that anything outside the scope of work requires additional time and labor. Listen carefully to Ben’s recommendations and advice.
