I would like to start off by saying they were VERY punctual. When Ben gave me a time he was there and ready to start working. I even told Ben I had to be out of the house by a certain time and he made sure to have everything done in that timely manor. He was very respectful of my time which is very hard to come across these days.
Ben and his communication was also something to note in my experience working with him. He answered all my questions and didn’t mind taking the time explaining to me what he was doing. He made sure he was giving me the best work at the best prices. He never got irritated with my questions and didn’t mind breaking things down for me when needed. It gave me the upmost confidence that he was the one for the job.
