I hired Josh and his team when our AC unit died the morning of Easter. I was very surprised and appreciative to receive a response from him that day, though I told him that we could wait until the next day. He came out, did a quick review of the old unit and confirmed what I had already assumed - the unit was at the end of its lifespan. We scheduled a replacement and his team took care of it in a day. The new unit is super quiet and looks so much better in its new location. We still have some other stuff we’ll need to upgrade to make the most of the new system, and I plan to use Josh & his team for that in the future.

I have ever been happier to paid anyone for their service. The appointment for the first quoting was fast and easy. However, we both didn't realize that they are from Lancaster and I am from Bakersfield. But regardless of the distance, he(Josh) still come and was honest and with a big confidence that he can find and fix the problem. When he come for the second time, he came well prepared and was able to fix the main problem. But when fixing the main problem. That's when we discovered other problem. To be honest, when we discovered these problem. I was getting worry that I would have to spend alot more or even having to replace a whole AC system. However, Josh was determine to find the problem and was able to fix it at the same time at a cost. But because he was able to explain to me everything he do and why I should or shouldn't do. This make me trust him in his ability to fix these other problems that he find. So I was happy to spend a bit more to get this problem fix. In the end, Josh end up; Replacing the cricuit breaker, Replacing the Contactor, Replacing the Capacitor free of charge, Low volt wire repair, replace, and reorganize the wire which was done poorly from other company, And Replacing a burned furnace fuse. I am very happy with the service Josh provide and the ability to work explanation for everything he do. I would totally recommend him to anyone and will have his service from him again!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you take time in picking the right contractor by doing research and ask for pictures of previous jobs that have completed.
