I was having an intermittent problem with my LaserJet 2200DN. On the first visit it was discovered that the printer settings were all off, simple fix and fast. The next day the problem was back. The second visit did more exploring, the settings would not hold and could not figure out why but worked out a solution to continue using my duplex printer. Also, printed pages had toner marks along edge and bottom of print outs. Had it taken in for service. Learned the fusser was bad, had that replaced and serviced unit replacing the pickup wheels, prints very nicely now. I haven't had anymore problems with the printer, but I now know where to start looking for a solution. Printer is 20 years plus in age but not hard usage. Joe was professional at all times, very polite and was able to determine what I was talking about even though I don't speak computer. When I called him the second time, he made time for me very quickly to see what had happened. I felt he was more than reasonable in the amounts he charged, in fact I was surprised how reasonable. I will call on Nuprint in the future and I will diffidently recommend him to anyone who asks.

Mr Garcia did an excellent job repairing my computer.
He arrived on schedule, spent the required time to do what was necessary. He explained what he was doing and what needed to be done. He gave me a quote for the cost. When he finished the quote was what he charged. There were no hiden fees or surprise charges.
I would & will highly recommend his service to anyone.
