It does not get better than these guys. We left our dance lessons till a week before wedding but still had high ambitions ( go figure) and somehow these two pros (not just in dancing but in kindness and communication...and realism) helped us achieve our dream dance in a realistic and effortless way. As a bride to have a professional actually behave professionally and take a burden off your shoulders and not just meet but exceed your high expectations the way they did is something I will forever be grateful for.

For my first salsa and latin-dance classes I went to weekly classes in a studio in Hollywood. I felt like I didn't get enough attention from the teachers because there were over 15 students in the class. I decided to try private classes so I registered on Thumbtack because a friend recommended it to me for private classes. I got a quote from Tibor and I gave it a try. I was surprised how much I got better in a short amount of time just due the fact of taking private classes. Tibor gave me his undivided attention and taught me the right technique and he helped me to help myself. I learned how to get the right mindset. His professionalism speaks for himself. The only problem was that it was kind of far away from where I live and I wanted to learn Cuban salsa and not L.A. Salsa, which he was not able to teach me since he's a professional L.A. Style Salsa Dancer. All in all I'm really happy and satisfied with his passionate art of teaching. I really felt his love for dance in every lesson.

My experience with Galit has been amazing and incredible to me since the first day she taught me in dance class. She's patient and She'd let me know what I need to work on. What I love about Galit the most is her positve personality and how she make the class so fun. She have inspired me so much not just in dancing but how she love helping people and making a difference in the world. I appreciate her for always pushing me off my limit and for always believing in me and that's what we all look for a Dance Teacher.

My fiancée and I hired Amy to choreograph and teach us our first dance. No small task—we have absolutely no experience whatsoever and, collectively, four left feet. Amy was fantastic, though! She taught us our dance in two one-hour sessions, and it makes us look like seasoned pros. And from a non-dance perspective, she was a quick responder, took our preferences and skill levels into account, and was friendly and fun to work with. I'd highly recommend choosing Amy.

Working With Sam Allen was the most amazing experience. Sam gave me private Hip Hop dance lessons and was phenomenal. He was encouraging, patient, and pushed me to my highest potential. Sam was accommodating, professional, and made me feel like a super star. He teaches at your pace and to your ability. I learned so much and had so much fun at the same time. I highly recommend Sam to anyone of all ages and levels of experience. There is no better teacher out there.

I have been taking private ballet lessons with Cleo for almost a year now. My technique has improved tremendously in the time I have worked with her! Cleo is patient and kind, and her attention to detail (the arch of your foot, how your wrist is positioned, the tilt of the head) has helped me grow as a dancer. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Adrienne is an amazing dance instructor. Of course, she can teach you the basics, but what sets her apart is her ability to recognize your strengths and weaknesses and works with each. She clearly understands the nuance of dancing, foot work, weight shifts and timing, and how important they are to become the kind of dancer you want to be, should you want to compete professionally or just feel comfortable on any dance floor. She she has the ability to explain clearly and concisely what she wants you to do and how to get there. Just take one dance lesson with her, and you will never want anyone else to teach you. I guarantee it.

I greatly enjoyed my dance lesson with Darren. I'm a very shy person and have social anxiety, but Darren made me feel very comfortable. I felt like I learned SO MUCH in one hour. He was able to provide critiques while still being nice and encouraging. He was not at all intimidating. I think that's what makes him a great teacher. I had to quit our lessons due to personal reasons but, for sure, once I get things in order I'll be taking more dance lessons from him in the future. Thanks for such a good experience!

I wanted to surprise my wife with dance classes but didn't want to purchase it without seeing him in action so he agreed to have me come watch him teach one of his students. After seeing him, I was impressed so I purchased one class. Several weeks later, I presented the gift certificate to my wife and we had our first session. We were both impressed so I decided to purchase 20 more classes. The good thing about that was that he agreed to give me a discount if I prepay. in addition he has been patient, friendly and good with texting which I love. He is a good instructor and knows his stuff. We've had 3 lessons so far and going to our 4th one tonight. Give him a try

I've booked Ally for a couple 1-on-1 classes and will continue to do so! She has such a fun energy, is soooo patient and encouraging. I'm really shy and a bad dancer, but the way Ally teaches really is empowering. She can break down things in a way that is understandable, to even those who are both musically and physically coordinately challenged. Also, I really like what she brings to the table. She has a lot of different playlists/music styles to introduce you too, and gives you a very broad approach on to dancing so that you can comfortably experiment with a lot of things. She has a lot of integrity as an artist, so she won't recycle other people's dances. Instead, she'll work with you to not only learn the basics, but do something fresh, fun, and unique. You'll never walk from her lessons feeling like you did someone else's work. Rather you'll get the feeling of accomplishment of doing something new, and it almost feels like yours. She really helps you connect you with that budding artist inside of you! Really, she has a fun attitude, and you can learn a lot of life things from her through dance, and she's someone who is a wonderful listener. She can provide you some guidance on and off the dance floor. I really recommend Ally for a well-rounded experience. I know you'll love her as much as I do!

Ritual movement arts or RMA is an innovative blend of hatha yoga, temple fusion, belly dance and ritual theater. Since 2008, ritual movement arts founder and instructor, Aradia Julia Sunseri, teaches workshops and woman's retreats with focus on the meditative aspect of temple belly dance, infused with yoga and ritual theatre. These will awaken the body's natural wisdom and ecstasy of expression. We are focusing on dancing from the core, and opening the body with yogic principles to deepen your connection to your dance with presence fluidity and slinky theatrical moves. We will be exploring intricate mudras and choreography while activating the creative soul seat of each individual's personal transformative power. Tune-in with your inner goddess and the art of storytelling through the eyes, hips and heart. These practices offer connection to one's own essence, and cultivate enjoyment of the body in motion while sharing in a community of sisterhood. With focus on: - Inner yoga - Isolation, drills, layering - Theatrical presence and accents - Expression of story and emotion through movement Philosophy: Ritual movement art focuses on meditation, and creative self-expression, which embodies a blend of classical hatha yoga. The yogic practice enables participants to dive deeper into their dance, and gain an overall sense of peace. Intentional movement gives us a vehicle to move out of our heads and into hearts and bodies. We can then experience our authentic feelings, both our dark and light selves. This enables practitioners to attain awareness and inner stillness in motion. Aradia honors the awareness and divine nature of the lineages that have carried these teachings and practices from indigenous cultures all around the world. As a certified yoga instructor and devoted student, she actively studies several forms of yoga such as: * Temple dance * Tribal fusion belly dance * Feldenkrais method * Somatic healing * Integrated movement therapy In 2008 to present, students have enjoyed her workshops in Hawaii, Mexico, San Francisco, New York, Vashon Island, Oakland, Los Angeles, Mt. Shasta, Florida, Boulder, Seattle, Vancouver, BC, Portland and Berlin. Benefits of belly dance: * Cultivate your sensuality and femininity * Get a good workout and feel centered in your body * Express your unique dance in a safe & supportive environment * Strengthen the mind-body connection and creating new pathways to sensation, awareness and bliss The goddess is honored through ecstatic dance, and our communities grow stronger. As we dance, we consecrate our bodies and the land on which we dance, we unite.
