I am very pleased with the work Richard Plumbing and Rooter provided for my bathtub and shower. It was more work than I expected or wanted, but it was required. They needed to go inside and replace the shower cartridge. As a result, they needed to replace the shower faucet and shower head. Steve and George completed the work and they were very cordial and professional. I appreciated them giving me updates on the work they were doing in my bathroom. I was very well pleased with the outcome and the reasonable price. I hate when some companies try to upcharge customers with ridiculous amounts. So glad I didn't have that experience with Richard Plumbing and Rooter. Steve and George showed they take great pride in their work. They even made sure to leave my bathroom spotless. Some maintenance people come and do the job but leave a mess behind. Not Richard Plumbing and Rooter Company. I would use their services again for other projects and I HIGHLY recommend others to use their services too.

Richard and crew were excellent. It started with was I started was a small job but I had major plumbing issues. They were able to identify the issues let me know what the status was and got the job the done in a timely manner.

Excellent. Made a big effort to get here during a massive downpour. Super nice guys. Clean, quicker than expected. Not cheap-hard to say actually-but the work was done in good order. Would hire again for sure.

Richard responded very quickly and was able to come same day; on a Sunday to fix DIY sink facet project we started and could not complete. He and Tyrell are a great team and they are very polite young men. I look forward to working with them on other projects.
