- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our clients bring in heavily infected computers. We do a mass majority of Virus Repair and removal - for the Palmdale/Lancaster area because we do our infection repair and removal in a very special and labor intensive way - instead of just overwriting the Operating System - we actually go into each file the virus (trojan, keylogger, malware,spyware) may have caused damage to and we hand repair each one systematically.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Finding the right computer repair center can be difficult. Ask these questions: What are you going to do? What will the outcome be? What can I expect to happen? How much will it cost? How long will it realistically take? Is your software registered - will I have a registration key that I can verify? Do you actually repair infected files - or do you just overwrite them?
