This is an absolute lie! This customer originally asked for a yard clean up and for a sprinkler clock to be reset. The price I gave was $100. After completing the yard clean up I discovered that the sprinkler clock didnt need to be reset but it had been completely vandalized by a tenant of this custlmers. I brought in a plumber friend I have and he put in 2 new valves and fixed the electrical line in the front yard for this work the customer only gave us $125 and the parts were $80 this meant he only paid $45 for labor and then we realized that the line for electricity had been cut to the back as well and at this point we were tired of the deceit. The bottom line is that this customer paid $225 and it was not up front the first $100 was paid after the yard clean up the next money $125 was given to buy parts and $45 was left over for labor so he is not telling the truth. I never ask my clients to pay me in advance, I always get paid after the job is done. But this customer, who can not even give his correct name to Thumbtack, his name is Mina ended up wanting work done beyond the original work he stated and he wanted it done for free. Mina paid me $100 and I did the job and $125 and we did the job again the problem was we didnt want to work for him anymore because he misrepresented what had to be done. Making my customers happy is my number one concern but this customer was dishonest from the begining.
