- What types of customers have you worked with?
Hydro Jetting/sewer cleaning, (the following include installation and repair) Hot water heaters, garbage disposals, dish washers, showers, toilets, all bathroom and kitchen plumbing appliances. Swamp coolers installed, serviced, and repaired, installation and repair of gas pipe, repipes (full or partial) and irrigation systems.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
On all the jobs we complete we strive to be honest and up front. We've all been had, swindled, hoodwinked, and its an awful feeling. It makes us sleep better at night knowing we're providing a quality service at a fair rate. That is what we at Daniel Plumbing and Maintenance take pride in.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure to call a state licensed contractor, and be sure the individual or company is bonded and insured. This is a protection to the customer. Calling a handyman may seem to be more cost effective in the short term, but in the big picture it will cost you much more. California licensed contractors have an obligation to the trade, to the state, and the customer to get it right. That includes obtaining the proper permits, etc. For example, completing a job for a customer without required permits will save the customer money in the beginning. However, it is unethical and illegal and in the best interest of getting the job done fast versus, getting the job done right.
