Although I've only selected S.I.G. a short while ago, I'm very impressed with Mike Shaar's property management knowledge and that of his team. Kyle went to my rental during the first week after we signed the agreement, toured the rental and took photos. Mike and Kyle seem to have personalities that relate well to both the owner and tenants. We first reached out to Eat Love Stay to help us rent out our beach home for a few months while we were out of town. We had such a great experience working with them that we contacted them again when one of our rental property tenants was leaving to manage the property full time. Dwell Real Estate Group came in and helped us remodel my aunts condo when we moved her into a retirement home. After the remodel and upgrades were done we used Dwell to find a qualified renter and to manage the rental. After about a year of renting, we came into a situation where we had to sell the condo. Dwell helped make this an easy and stress-free process as the tenant decided to purchase. Dwell was very knowledgeable in all aspects of this deal, and was very comfortable with the property being sold through a trust and power of attorney. HOWEVER, I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A BETTER COMPANY FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS. WHEN YOU OWN RENTAL PROPERTY, THERE ARE A FEW THINGS THAT MAKE THE MOST DIFFERENCE - HAVING GREAT TENANTS WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY, LEASING THE PROPERTY FAST AND NOT LOSE MONEY FROM UNIT BEING VACANT TOO LONG, AND TAKING CARE OF REPAIRS IF ANY QUICKLY AND COST EFFECTIVELY. WHEN I TALKED TO THE TENANT, HE SAID HE LIKED ZENPLACE'S ONLINE AND MOBILE SYSTEM FOR INSTANTLY BOOKING SHOWINGS AND WAS FRUSTRATED BY OTHER AGENTS WHO HE WOULD HAVE TO KEEP CALLING. ZENPLACE ALSO QUICLY COLLECTED THE DEPOSIT AND GOT THE LEASED SIGNED FAST SO NO WAITING THERE. GREAT LEASING EXPERIENCE WITH MY OTHER UNITS TOO - QUICK, FAST, AND ATTRACT HIGH QUALITY TENANTS. Each year when my renter's lease is up, they proactively send me comparables and suggest I raise rents and complete maintenance items we have been putting off. I do appreciate that and feel they really look out for my property.
Amazing people! I highly recommend PMI golden state to any home owners out there! My tenant was calling me day and night for every little thing and honestly it was very bothersome so I decided to hire a property management company and called numerous places but didn't like how all these agencies were just too aggressive and didn't sound sincere. Then I've heard some great things about PMI so I decided to give them a call. From the first phone call I already knew I could trust them so we set up a meeting. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, very patient with me and answered all my questions thoroughly and precise. And guess what, there has been 0 phone call ever since they took over. What's great about them is that they report everything on my owner's portal so it's easy for me to get an update without having to call them. How convenient is that? She has always been punctual at responding to my individual needs, as well as the tenants' needs, and quickly makes adjustments when unique situations arise.
