Mindy was very helpful and professional in dealing with us from start to finish. We only had one hour meeting, but she was efficient and effective in teaching us the basic steps until we were confident dancing and enjoying our dance. Her choreography took into consideration our level of experience. She actually exceeded our expectations. My fiance was too shy but Mindy managed to help her feel secured and confident. This is our very first dance as a couple together and we are very happy how Mindy helped us manage a "breakthrough" in our life. We highly recommend Mindy to all needing a reliable, experience, professional dance teacher.
The. Best. Instructor! Gretchen was very detailed with her instruction, skilled in knowing how to pace the class and understanding that I was a newbie. She demostrated each pose beautifully and made several adjustments to my form. Gretchen made yoga really enjoyable and I would book a private whenever i can.
Amy is one of the few yoga teachers I would go to, let alone recommend to people. Her practice is a wonderful blend of mindfulness and physical activity. She's always open to requests and tailoring the class to meet those participating. I can't recommend her highly enough. You can't go wrong.
Juliette is one of the best, most intuitive and grounded yoga instructors I have ever known. Her classes are unique in rhythm and personality every time. She exudes warmth and the classes never get dull. A true jewel!
I have been working with Kelly a couple of months for posture & flexibility. I am in my late 40s & am quite inexperienced when it comes to yoga. Kelly is an excellent instructor. She has helped me so much in a short amount of time. She always has a great routine thought out with a lot of variety each week. I would highly recommend her.
Omg, this girl just taught me some acrobatic moves and advanced yoga moves. omg, omg, omg. I have always wanted to be more acrobatic and I started working out with her about 2 months ago. I usually go to the gym where she trains at and its so nice inside and when she is showing her workout, other people usually star at us because her stuff is so bad ass and so so cool. As a guy, its good to be able to impress his girl, I am working on my handstand secretly with this badass trainer. My girl friend even notices and says, "are you working out? you look so much shredded". I am not my old ME anymore!!
Stephanie is a true Yoga professional and I believe she brings alot to the table . She also has a very sweet personality
I like Shimengs class. She was very clear in her instructions and seemed very knowledgable in what she does. I like her choices of music too. It really calms me down and makes me focus on my body and breaths. She also uses some props to help me in certain poses that I werent able to do it fully but with the help of the props, I felt very safe and enjoyed the benefits of the poses. Im not a yoga person. With her, I would change that.
Victoria helped me with the issues I came in for and also addressed some things I didn't know I needed. She has great insights and is very gifted as a healer. I saw results within the first few days of our session. I went to her for 3 consecutive sessions and now only go in if I feel out of balance or if I have something important going on in my life. I also appreciate that the way she goes about the healing is as a witness. That resonated for me. The yoga studio she works out of is clean and comfortable. There was plenty of street parking. But if you don't want to come out, she does remote sessions also. I prefer remote sessions because I don't have to factor travel time in. I highly recommend her.
We had a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette party in Malibu! I am so happy we selected Stacey to instruct yoga on the beach!! She was incredibly quick to reply, professional and prompt! We were mostly beginners and wanted to have a casual yoga session! She was very detailed in the movements/practice but at the same time tailored the class to her audience and kept it very lighthearted. Loved her jokes ;) At the end, she provided the bachelorette with a card congratulating her on the upcoming wedding! What a thoughtful touch! Too bad she didn't live in Texas otherwise I'd def be using her more! Thank you again Stacey for such a wonderful morning!

I met Florence when I researched the web for private yoga lessons. Large group settings were not working for me, so I wanted something more personal. It was the 2nd best decision I've made in 2015. Florence is extremely professional, dedicated, expert in her area and strives to help make a positive impact in your life. She customizes every yoga and life coaching lesson to address my specific health needs and in the few months I've been working with her, I've achieved so much. I've lost weight (she provides wonderful recipes) and my balance has improved both physically and mentally. Every week I get excited to see her as I know, I'll learn something new that will have a long-lasting impact in my life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Florence to anyone who is serious about making a positive change in their life through yoga/meditation and life coaching. SHE IS WORK EVERY PENNY.
I was originally looking for a personal trainer and never thought I was one to do yoga. When Maya came along with her knowledge of the body, muscles and mind it blew me out of this world. I take lessons whenever I can to not only relax but also build muscle and self awareness. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking to achieve a fitness goal, try something new, or looking for some sort of meditation.

Shyrelle is great! This was my first time receiving Reiki and I loved every moment of it. She made me feel very comfortable, informing me on what I might feel, and what to expect. I can feel the difference energetically in my mind and body. I feel great! I'm looking forward to my next session!
