Your "event" was scheduled back in December, I find it hard that this review was just written and last night your event was ruined?
Payment was due to secure services for your event. Your failure to pay and commit to the invoiced services forced me to cancel the services you requested for your upcoming event.
*I was very clear via text and thumbtack messaging that you had a deadline to secure services for the event. Once that deadline was not meat I very clearly responded to you that I could no longer move forward with the request.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am flexible on pricing and packages. I try to work with all budgets but sometimes the clients vision doesn't match with their budget. I'll always try to guide the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted a phone call/conversations needs to happen to move forward with a quote and/or design plan. You will need to have a budget range before we can move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years of hands on experience.
