FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First we need to take to the customer and find out what pest they have. Once this is done, we can start to move in a direction to set up an inspection. That way we can all be on the same page and make no mistake of the pest. So a proper ID is paramount. Sometimes customers confuse Carpet Beetles with Begbugs. Or think they have termites and it is just swarming ants. Not termites. Which could lead to a costly "fumigation" that is not necessary. So spend your money wisely, not foolishly! Inspection 1st!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Educate them about the pest and process to eradicate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has been in business over 54 years. Each month we hold a company meeting not just with the inspectors and technicians, for their licenses, but our office staff are also required to be involved. That way we are all on the same page with information.
