Latest Review: I told Karen about my troubled areas and she diligently worked on those areas. The pressure was deep which I like and she loosened up the areas I needed done. She was very open to any comments or requests I had about my message. Karen is very dedicated to her work and her ethics are evident because she will do anything to make sure you get the massage you want. I was very comfortable with Karen and talking to her because she is very easy to be around and very responsive to the needs of her clients. I have used her twice and will continue to do so. Thank you

Latest Review: James has been training me for a few months now and I couldn't be happier! I have had many different trainers and he has by far exceeded my expectations. Every workout is different, fun, and kickass! He is very patient, encouraging, and has pushed me to do things I never thought possible (like losing 30lbs). Not to mention the workouts are so much fun, he's got a great energy and always flexible with scheduling. Highly highly recommend him!

Latest Review: I love how the therapists listen to your needs and know if your massage should be relaxation, therapeutic or a combination. I enjoy my facials and love the fact I get educated on home care. I have fallen asleep with both massages and facials. Everyone is very accommodating and personable. I love the infra red sauna for detoxing, pain, burning calories and overall relaxation. I like that they have prices for everyone's budget. Small and quaint, Spa 33 is the place to be!

Through his insightful feedback, tips and drills (which are consistently provided in a fun and friendly manner), Jay is able to teach consistent and proper technique regardless of age or skill level. In a group and/or solo class setting, I 100% recommend Jay to anyone looking to have fun and, most importantly, become a better tennis player.

Latest Review: Erin is very professional and yet friendly. I had stiff fingers and forearms due to guitar playing. She first analysed my muscle tension carefully(and meanwhile asking me effective questions) then went into deep tissue massage with special equipment. I aleeady feel better two days after the session and my finger movements are smoother. At the time of appoinment, she was waiting for me in the reception area of shared salons type of space where she has her own salon and took me there, otherwise would have had hard time finding her salon but her professionalism helped me on that point too.

Latest Review: I had a 60-minute massage with Leah last Thursday. I work in the industry and I have access to massages on a frequent basis. The massage I had from Leah was one of the best I have ever received. From the very beginning, when I booked the massage, I felt taken care of. I was sent a helpful reminder email a couple of days before my massage. When I entered the tranquil spa last Thursday where Leah has her practice, she greeted me warmly and offered me water and/or tea. We went over my reasons for needing a massage (neck and shoulder tension) and I was shown the way to her comfortable, serene therapy room. Leah has the gift of giving a massage that is both relaxing and therapeutic. Some other therapists mistakenly believe that they have to "hurt" their clients in order to address their issues. That tactic just leaves me tense and sore - not really what I want out of a massage. However, Leah effectively uses different techniques that smooth out tense areas and trigger points with appropriate pressure and a flow that really puts her client at ease. I had also explained to her that I am ticklish which can be challenging for some therapists but not for Leah. I did not tense up or squirm once. After the massage, she offered me more water as hydrating is very important after bodywork. I felt great for the rest of the day, actually for the next few days. On Sunday, she even sent a personalized email checking in on how I was doing and reminded me of the suggestions she made about altering my computer set-up at work to help ease my neck and shoulder tension. I really appreciate her expertise and the care she shows for her client. I highly recommend booking a massage with Leah.
