Brandon replaced our front door. He gave me pricing options and ordered the door I selected, painting it inside and out to my specifications. Replaced the framing, Purchased and installed and keyed the new locks to match our current keys, He installed a peep hole in the steel door. He took off our security screen and did it so carefully that we could reuse it. He was able to reinstall the screen instead of having to buy a new one. He cleaned everything up. Brandon was punctual, efficient, helpful, cost conscious, and pleasant. He will be doing other projects for us now. I would recommend him to anyone.

Hired Byrne remodel to rebuild my bathroom. To start, I was very impressed with the level of communication recieved prior to hiring. He answered every question I had quickly, responding to probably two dozen or more emails before even signing the contract. We even had to push back the start date due to mold in the attic above the project. I handled the interior demo, but Byrne Remodel handled the rest. Tore out exterior stucco, reframed and installed new window, installed proper ventilation, installed all large and small fixture, cabinets and flooring. Beautiful tile enclosure, with built in storage. Even completed add on work of tiling the walls around the whole bathroom. Everything done on budget and on time. Owner and crew were a pleasure to have in my home, courteous, clean and professional. On time every day, even when the inspection window was an exceedingly early 7am. I was working on other parts of the house at the same time and I wish it was in my budget to have had this crew handle the whole thing. My first time hiring a contractor, and if possible I'd hire Byrne Remodle every time in the future, highly recomended.

Brandon did such a great job building my closet that I asked him to do my bathroom floors. Both the closet and the floors were excellent. He was right on time for the estimate appointment and be did the work very fast. I will definitely be using Brandon again

Brandon Byrne is professional, prompt, pleasant, and does excellent work! We had an old bath converted into a bath and shower. Job required removing old tile, plumbing new shower, waterproofing walls and installing new tile and fixtures. His bids were reasonable and matched the final cost of the job. Good communication and always arrived for work on time. Job site was well organized, area was covered and no messes were left behind. We are very happy with his work and can recommend him without hesitation.

We had Brandon finish a guest bathroom remodel. The job included installation of tile, wainscoting, new vanity with sink and installation of a mirror and toilet. He was on time each day and finished the job within his estimated time. He was able to put everything in and had such an eye for detail was nice to feel that he cared about the outcome as much as us.
