Nick showed up on time and was very attentive in addressing the issues that i was having in my yard. He even fixed some of the issues that needed immediate attention and gave me a very reasonable bid. He is the first landscaper i have encountered out of many that knew what he was doing and really cared. He spent a lot of time going over what he felt needed to be done, and listened to what i expected.

I had Nick start regular maintenance and do a clean up project. He showed up when he said he would and the quote was fair. So far the project is going well and can't wait to see the finished product.

My house has been listed for sale, but was previously occupied by renters. There was extensive deferred yard maintenance when they vacated and we had an open house scheduled in the same week! I needed help fast. TYD fit me into their schedule, communicated/followed up with me, and kept their word they'd be there to help me prior to the open house. They arrived with three men and busted it out, even helping with a fence that had fallen. They finished just in time as the first buyers were arriving. I am grateful for the help and they did a great job. I hired them to stay on to maintain the property for the duration it's on the market too.
