Introduction: I’m a culinary graduate from the California Culinary Academy, with an Associates in Occupational Studies in Le Cordon Bleu-Culinary Arts. It's was a pleasure working with Mylyn. She was very responsive and helpful in any way throughout the planning process for my event. She has a vast array of food options, addressed any questions and had flexibility accommodating requests. The food was excellent, nicely presented and the logistics worked out very well. I can only recommend her business for the services they provide and will use her again for future catering needs.

Chef Mylyn catered a small event for a memorial service and she provided the same level of detail to the presentation, service and food that you’d see for a large venue. The food was excellent and the service could not have been better. She and her team made the evening exceptional.

Hey Everyone, I wanted to take a minute to thank Mylyn and team for a job well done. We recently had a 60th birthday celebration and Mylyn made the party a real success. From the beginning of taking the time to communicate on what food we would like to serve, to the execution of the event made the party a success. On the day of the event, they executed the buffet flawlessly. They had a large array of dishes, that we picked out together for the event. In the end, everything was delicious. flawless, beautiful presentation, bountiful for the price, professional, all Around amazing. Also Lykke2Eat team brought such a fun positive culinary vibe to the party. The food was delicious and all I heard was positive compliments. The appetizers of Lobster Rolls and Spicy shrimp was delicious. Then for the main course the Salad, Tri-tip with mushrooms, scalloped potatoes, asparagus and carrots. All of the food was delicious. It made everyone feel like they were eating a home cooked meal of comfort food, Everyone was happy and ready to celebrate. Mylyn went above and beyond to personalize the event and make the birthday party special. The food Mylyn created made the birthday experience so special. I would highly recommend Lykke2Eat for any of your catering needs. It felt like home having them there and provided the most amazing culinary experience for my friends and family. Mylyn was at all times quick to respond to all my questions, as well as support me through an important event like a rehearsal dinner with a difficult group of guests. She was willing to promptly change the original menu to accommodate my specifications. She worked independently during the function compiling with any little change on the original plans. I highly recommend Mylyn as an excellent professional and skillful Chef.

My pricing is based on my clients needs and budget. I price to what the menu and service will be for every event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is first get to know my clients. I like to hear their ideas or vision of how they want their events to turn out. From there, I start suggesting my own ideas, menu and services. Customers need to be heard and overall given their money's worth.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the culinary profession for over 30yrs. I attended The California Culinary Academy. Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco. I spent 13yrs as a corporate chef for a company that provided in house dining for major corporations around the bay area.
