I had never been to a gym before. I found my best Fitness Instructor - George , thanks to Thumbtack. He helped me envision and attain my short term goals over a significantly short period of time. I had my wedding 60 days ahead from the day i started.I started my training the beginning of October and my the time I had finished i felt i had attained muscle and shape. George has innovative progressive build methods encouraging good habits and techniques. I will continue to work with George upon my return.
Amidst traveling outside the country and spending time with family, this a late post to thank @ripwhatusowfitness (Rabbie) to help me in a 7 week journey of cutting down body fat %. We managed to reach 19.5% at the end of 7th week (I might have gained some back in the UK in the past week due to diet & lack of training but a week of training and diet will get me back to where I left). Thank you for training me and motivating me Rabbie. I've worked out with trainers before, even one that I loved, and the experience with Anthony has still been on a different level entirely. For the last 5 weeks, I have had the pleasure of having Anthony as my trainer. I have found capacities in my body that I didn't know existed. Anthony is hardly summed up by a five star review. Anthony has one of the sunniest and positive personalities you'll never meet. The workouts are different every day and are fun and enjoyable and never boring. The gym environment is also great. From other trainers and other gym goers, everyone is kind, supportive, and encouraging. Expect to be greeted by everyone when you arrive. Since my first day, the atmosphere has been nothing but positive. I feel very welcomed and extremely comfortable. I've been very impressed with my experience thus far. I love the that God's cultivates a great mix of clientele. I see both men and women (regardless of age, level of fitness, or experience) working on their goals.
Very experienced, super clean gym with lots of equipment. Structure of the fitness program is amazing. I can't wait to go back again.
This is the perfect place to come to get fit. My usual MO is sign up for fitness classes or trainers, get pushed really hard and give up in a week or two. Youniquely has a different style from other trainers, bootcamps and fitness classes I have taken. The training is truly uniquely fitted to your needs and accelerated or decelerated based on how you are doing and whether you want to or not. This is the difference between buying a dress that is mass-produced vs getting a custom fitted gown!!
John is doing a great job training my 12 year old son who competes in travel baseball. My son really enjoys his sessions and his fitness is improving everyday.

First let me say that body of work total fitness is appropriately named as all aspects of fitness are covered. As a fourth year member I must my association with this organization has phenomenal, made tremendous growth during this period from stamina to overall strength. Kenny is someone who is dedicated to his clients and develops them based on their individual needs. I am 60 plus and he has me feeling forty. If you're looking for a great workout with and easy access location please give body of work total fitness a try you won't be disappointed.

I've been training with David for about 5 weeks now. I decided to train with David initially because I felt like he listened to my goals and he sounded like he had a lot of experience. He was the first person I interviewed but I remembered that he was the most humble and down to earth, and I had a feeling I'd be comfortable training with him. All the men trainers I interviewed talked to me like I had two brain cells, and I found David to be the most up front and honest. My goal is to lose weight, tone up and to strengthen my left shoulder for outrigger canoeing. So far, I am noticing a huge difference with my left shoulder. Its stronger and it no longer bothers me when I go paddling or perform certain exercises. Its still not 100% in strength but has gotten a lot stronger through training. All our sessions are pretty different and varied. I never know what to expect from David, which is good. I get bored at the gym because I love the outdoors, but David keeps it interesting. David pushes me when he thinks I'm slacking off, which often times, he is mostly right about.... I need someone to push me or I will slack off, which is probably a good reason to hire a trainer. David goes out of his way to make it work for his clients. He genuinely cares about his clients and loves what he does. I can tell by the excellent service he provides for his clients. My personal belief is that its important to practice what you preach, and David is a trainer that is in great physical condition, and knows what he is doing. I personally did not want to hire a personal trainer at the local gym that looked like they needed training themselves... I highly recommend David as a personal trainer. Due to his diverse background, I believe he would be a great fit for many.
This man is really amazing. He makes you feel comfortable and really challenges you. He definitely knows his stuff. And on top of that, he's hilarious! I would recommend him to anybody that is looking to start their fitness journey, lose weight, build muscle, or just get back on track. Listen to him and trust the process. He knows what he's doing!
Cassie has been invaluable to me and my fitness. Not only is she an amazing trainer that pushes me with varied and challenging routines. She also is working with me to address my nutrition and has extensive expertise on both side of the equation of the interaction of exercise and food. I am on a solid path to health as a result of Cassie's support. The studio is great, clean and has a wonderful atmosphere.

My wife & I hired Jon about a couple of months back for personal training with the primary goal of improving our strength and fitness. It takes a certain caliber of trainer to be able to deal with my resistance. Jason is one of those few individuals that has been able to get me to preform even admits An exorbitant amount of bitching. He has and amazing personality and his sessions Will save you a tone of money on therapy. Not only am I more physically fit my mental well-being has vastly improved as well. Offers a ton of fitness knowledge and makes totally Achievable accommodations for more difficult exercises in the beginning. For instance my wrist gives me some pain and he works out a routine that very minimally affects it. I originally signed up for 24 session and have since continued to his group sessions because I recognize the value in his service. Each session brings me closer to where I’ve set my goals. If your looking for someone to help you reach your goals I highly recommend Jason. Amazing gym it is kept very clean which is key to keep me coming. I watch trainer wipe down every machine at the end of our sessions. Top of the line equipment and very functionally placed. They have towels and complementary water which is also a plus because I always forget mine. I totally recommend training There!
Man, where do I begin. Since day one Dante has always followed through on his promises. His words were, "in two weeks you will feel it, it four weeks you will see it, and in six weeks you will hear it!" When I heard someone tell me that I'd lost weight, that's when u knew I had invested in myself! I've been working out for years on my own, since I played football in high school actually. I know a lot, but Dante showed me a new world of fitness, and a whole new way of life in the gym. His workouts never repeat, and his exercises are his own. He's definitely a coach and a motivator. He pushes you! That's exactly what I needed. A push! I would never push myself the way he pushes me. I highly recommend him as you're coach.
I have been working with chris Martinez now for about 2 months, and I couldn't be more pleased. I contacted chris and he immediately responded to my inquiry. I informed him that I was an above the knee amputee that used to be quite active, and that since my amputation 5 years ago, I had gotten out of shape and was looking to regain my fitness and over all strength and agility. Chris let me know that he had never worked with an amputee before but was surprisingly eager to meet with me to see what we could work out. Well not only was chris encouraging and supportive , he is quite personable and thoughtful. He works me out hard, with a watchful eye to modify what ever he sees I am having trouble with. Every time he shows up for our sessions , he has a new technique or exercise that on his own time he has taken the trouble to inquire about. He is very disarming and fun to work out with. After only two months of his nutritional and fitness acumen, not only have I lost weight and inches, I know that I will be able to achieve my overall fitness goals. I cant say enough about chris's professionalism and how pleased I am with my results thus far and with chris as my trainer.
I did lots of research on personal fitness trainers in the south bay area. I found Ron’s website, researched his training program and emailed him in regards to more information. He returned the email promptly and within the week we were meeting and discussing my goals and starting my training sessions the next week. Ron provides a complete package that is easy to follow yet aggressive to the goals that you are wanting. I have been with him for 9-weeks now and he has exceeded my expectations in a trainer. He is there by your side correcting your techniques; assist when needed but never lets you gives up. Each session he challenges you and provides positive reinforcements to keep you motivated. I am moving forward meeting my goals and Ron has helped provide me with that. Great trainer, very knowledgeable and a great mentor for getting yourself where you want to be physically and mentally. I would recommend him to anyone no matter what stage of fitness you are. He has set a great foundation for my future goal. Can’t thank him enough. If you need to improve your health and fitness Ron is your guy.
