I typically can diagnose problems over the phone or through text. Many people in the garage door field give a super low initial service charge just to get there foot in the door to give an over priced bid. I have fair pricing and only use the correct parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When finding the right door for a home, I like to check out the home, talk with the clients, and find a door that works with there budget. I have a lot of clients that want a door that is way over there budget. I will work to find a door that is not only beautiful, but works with there budget.

I have 8 years of on the job training, I have worked for a few different companies large and small. I have developed my own system that ensures that doors will last for a very long time.
