Dean at eXtraordinary was fantastic. He was BEYOND accommodating to my time change requests and the price was very fair. I was so worried about the bus coming late that he had the driver show up over an hour early to confirm he knew the location (then went and filled the time elsewhere). So nice and couldn't recommend more.

I was planning a birthday party to Napa for a large group, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what I got with Dean and eXtraordinary Tour Services. During the planning phase, Dean contacted wineries that I had in mind on my behalf to get quotes. Although one looked promising, Dean told me that he actually had another place in mind and introduced us to Rutherford Hill Winery, where we were able to enjoy a picnic on the hill with great views. The bus itself was very nice. It was a coach style bus (all seats facing forward) with comfortable seats. Only downside here was that the bus had no cup holders and the bluetooth connection to the speakers was not reliable (frequently cut out). Overall, I'll definitely work with Dean again next time I plan an event to Napa, or anytime I need group transportation really.

The shuttle drivers didn’t know who hired them (this company) and weee asking me questions during my wedding reception. I gave them details of the night 3-4x and they kept losing them and even called me on my rehearsal dinner. I couldn’t believe the disorganization. Then for all of that info to not make it to the shuttle drivers was incredibly frustrating.

We know how things can be very sensitive during a wedding celebration and hope that overall the evening went well. We work diligently to coordinate events like this and apologize for the frustration this caused. Usually we have a wedding coordinator or a third-party to contact during the event, so as not to disturb you during the event. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We book our 6 passenger van at a base rate of $65 per hour -but we do have all inclusive packages and special's year round.!We also provide tours for larger groups -please contact us for custom quotes
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer I try and determine what they really are hoping to experience , see and do on their tour. I am interested in what they want and will suggest the best options for them.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with travelers, tourists and locals alike. Many of my customers are first timers to San Francisco or Napa wine region. Many are locals looking for a safe and comfortable trip. I have provided tours from people from France, England, Canada ,China and Spain as well as many locals living in San Francisco as many other cities in the Bay Area .
