  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I will adjust my price to the needs of the owner. There are alot of services that we offer and you can take advantage of them, but if you choose not to than we can price so that it is a good fit for you.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First step is to find out what type of problem or issues that an owner/investor is having with the property. Then I would like to run Free Rental Analysis to see what tenants are paying for comparable properties. Next is to go over services offered with the Owner/Investor, then we can come to an agreement of Pricing.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing. I have also owned my own Mortage Loan company. This helps in determining rental costs and also screening clients and running credit and backgrounds checks which I think is key in finding the right tenant
