Celeste’s suggestions, advice, and hard work totally sold my house! I was skeptical at first about the timing and about staging (due to the cost), but I am so glad I listened to her. She called it perfectly since we got multiple offers after the first Open House weekend and accepted the best offer which was $20K over asking!

Never even considered another agent to help me sell my house. Celeste goes above and beyond expectations.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Buyer clients never pay a commission fee for my real estate services. Instead, a “buyer agent“ is typically paid through the commission rate negotiated between the seller and their real estate professional. While buyer clients do not pay me directly, I will work tirelessly, scouring listings through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), “For Sale By Owners”, broker tours, open houses, Zillow, and other online home search portals, to pair people with their perfect property. I also ensure buyers understand the transaction process fully; know what to expect; and in the end, have no regrets with one of the largest monetary experiences in their life. Seller clients are required to pay a standard 5% sales commission. This commission amount is split, typically 50/50, with the buyer agent. I ensure my commission is worthy of this rate by providing unparalleled service through: - an aggressive marketing plan; - clear communication between all parties; - effective negotiation; - a smooth, effortless legal transaction; and - obtaining the highest price the market will bear in the quickest amount of time. My provided level of professionalism, knowledge, skill, and dedication to your end goals are full-service standards. I do not provide discount-rated service for my clients, regardless of their price point, and in turn, do not discount my fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once a Thumbtack lead/request is received, I will reach out to the customer online to verify what their real estate needs are. I will provide general information and set up either an in-person or online ZOOM consultation at the earliest convenience. If my services are desired, the necessary documents to initiate a professional relationship will be executed and an agreed-upon strategy initiated. Please note that most, if not all, of my services can be performed virtually/online so as to respect your safety and social distancing needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As I wind down my 30 year public service career, I realize I have a genuine passion for helping others and want to continue to make a positive difference in others’ quality of life. With my public service background, technical knowledge, people and negotiating skills, and strong ethics, I decided to pursue my passion for real estate and obtained my State of CA real estate professional license (CalDRE #02055427). I am also an accredited Realtor through the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Prior to obtaining my license, I completed my degree in Real Estate to more fully understand the technical, legal, and administrative sides of the real estate industry. I also hold degrees in Liberal Studies: Social Science and in Public Service & Public Policy, with a minor in Leadership .. graduating all with honors. I continue to add to my real estate education through ongoing education and certification courses at the local and state levels.
