When I broke my leg and ankle in 5 places I was not sure I would be able to go back into the woods! After 18 months of surgeries and wheel chairs. I called Tim to help me begin the rebuilding I had lost 100 pounds. With Tim encouragement and Training I can glad say I am on the road to walking the Tahoe Rim Trail this summer. Will continue to trust Tim's guidance!

Tim is super motivating and always makes me want to do better. He mixes up the workouts so I'm never bored, and his prices are incredibly reasonable. With his training I've lost 22 lbs, 11 inches off of my entire body, and have gone down 5 pants sizes.

Having Tim Fua as my trainer has been one of the best decisions in my life. He is really good at what he does. I definitely plan to reach my goals with my fitness with Tim training me. Would definitely give him 5 thumbs up.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I do not...its basic and I work with budgets of the client.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was a multiple sport athlete in high school, hall of famer...lol college as well 2 sport too and 2x All- American in track and field and post collegiate competitor...decided, I want to share this experience...and lastly, I love the human body, its ability, movement and power!
