- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly updating my skills and education. On average, I get over 72 hours of continuing education per year. The IRS requires 72 hours every 3 years. I enjoy my work and love learning how I can help my clients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Individual Tax Preparation, Small business tax preparation, payroll preparation for small businesses and Help with IRS Collections, Bank Levy, Wage garnishment, really all things IRS. I also do payroll preparation and help with IRS audits.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Staying current with up-to-date tax rules and regulations is time consuming and expensive. IRS rules have been around longer than I've been alive and will be here long after I'm gone.
