Michelle has been great, very flexible with our schedules and changing choice of song after the first lesson. She has made it very easy for us as beginners to ease into learning our dance. She makes it fun, simple and gives us the elegant beautiful dance we were looking for on our wedding day.
For a year now I have had the pleasure of working out with the my personal trainer Tamara Eristavi. I am a senior and have always loved being active but was beginning to lack the motivation to go workout. I feel so fortunate to have found Tamara and with her expert skills I have accomplished not only a better body image but a new outlook on nutrition. Her workouts are fun and our time just flies by. We start with a beautiful meditation which always grounds me after a stressful day at work and then an invigorating hour of dance, yoga, body weights, bands and never ending encouragement. This is a separate review for my yoga classes with Annie. Yes! I have the honor of experiencing both yoga and energy healing with her. I’m a regular of Annie’s yoga classes, as well as her many other followers. With her hawk eyes and strong attention to detail, she won’t miss realigning and correcting your postures. This prevents so many injuries and also improves your practice. She will never push the newer students and is familiar with the levels of her regulars. You’ll definitely be sore after class but isn’t that why we go to yoga, for a physical and mental workout? :) She also plays the best music!!!
I have been fortunate enough to have had Fleur as a Pilates trainer on a 1 to1 basis as well as in a group session for several years. Her expertise is outstanding. She has the unique ability to teach by example and give her students an understanding they may not have had before. Her sensitive and caring way helps develop a strong and special bond. Fleur is very aware of health issues and in her group classes addresses those needs with her clients. I am a senior and have had osteoporosis for many years. With Fluer's help I have been able to strengthen the areas of weakness in my body. There are many Pilates instructors, but none that can compare to Fleur. How lucky I am to have found her!
Loved working with Annie!!! I have taken countless yoga classes before, but truth be told, never felt like I was doing much. Decided to try a private session with Annie to see if I could learn more. Total game changer! Little did I know, I've been doing things all wrong. Having Annie be able to show me the exact, correct form for each of the different poses we worked on was amazing! Just one session with her, and I felt like I could feel a difference!! Highly recommend private sessions or even get a couple friends together and have a group session with her!!

I really liked that David asked the level of massage I would like: easy, medium or hard. I asked for medium-hard. I also liked that he was fair and balanced in that he massaged the right side exactly as he did the left side. I will be going back to him. I highly recommend David.
I met Laurel while she was working at my local health club in Chicago over 12 years ago. She was very knowledgeable about the body and pilates. I certainly felt stronger after weekly private sessions with Laurel so I continued to see her regularly. After a few years I was pregnant with my 1st of 3 pregnancies. Laurel was the best exercise for me during those 3 years! I learned how to work hard while breathing properly in labor positions. I truly believe she was key to me delivering 3 babies without pain medications with the help of a midwife at Prentice Hospital. Birthing classes gave me the information, but Laurel actually helped me practice. She was always patient with me while we worked through aches and pains, yet always pushed me to challenge myself. I highly recommend Laurel to anyone, beginner to advanced, that needs a fantastic pilates instructor. .
Kayla has a large knowledge base of various types of foods that help ease health problems and put you on a path of a healthy lifestyle. She has an ease with her yoga skills to teach beginners to the most experienced. I believe she has made a positive impact on my life and I would recommend her skills to anyone. Ginger is the best! I worked with her up until I had to move out of the area but if I could put her on some kind of perminent yoga retainer and take her with me, I would. She can instruct at any level and easily adapts to whatever you need. She is fantastic at guided meditations as well which was my favorite part of her sessions.

Having grown up doing gymnastics (as well as volleyball, soccer, basketball, track, crew), I started doing yoga 15 years ago for injury and pain management. I'm currently training for a half marathon and yoga helps me strengthen my core and recover after long runs. I'm fairly new to teaching but I'm excited to share my experience with others.
