They did an excellent job on my carpets and hardwood floors. They really pay attention to detail and take their time. My floors were a mess and had food stains that I thought they could never get out but not only did they get the stains out,my floors looked just as good as when I moved in! I will be calling So Cal Eco Cleaning for all my floor cleaning needs.

I have an old hardwood floor under an old carpet. And there is some termite damage. Joel and his team helped me to remove the carpet, repair termite damage, and sand and refinish the hardwood floor. They also installed new base boards. Joel responded to my quest promptly, did a free measurement and estimate, explained and wrote down everything 100% clear, and finished the job on schedule. They did an excellent job at a very competitive price.

I would highly recommend Sos. We hired Sos after speaking with several different handymen. He refinished our hardwood floors, moved a bedroom door, removed some tile and completed a few other smaller jobs. He was professional and went above and beyond what we asked him to do. I was very pleased with the quality of his work.

Mike did a great job installing tile, new carpet and refinishing existing hardwood. He was reasonably priced, showed up on schedule, and stood behind his work.

Kevin Patterson did a wonderful job refinishing the hardwood floors in our 55 year old house. The wood looks brand new with a high gloss shine. Kevin took extra time to add an additional coat of polyurethane to achieve the results we wanted. He completed the job on time, even though we added the extra coat and refinishing the entry door threshold. He is trustworthy and dependable. He told us he would be doing other jobs in parallel, while working on our floors every day, and that worked out fine since he met the deadline we needed. We highly recommend him!

Giovanni was recommended by a colleague at work who told me that he was the nicest guy, professional, reasonably priced and did excellent work. I was happy to find that my colleague was absolutely correct. I hired him to clean our kitchen floor and countertop tile grout (yes, much to my dismay,I still have the 1980's tile countertops!) because we were trying to pretty up our townhouse to put it on the market. Giovanni did an excellent job for us. Our place sold in a day! The new owners are very happy with the condition of the tile (they thanked us for keeping the tile in such good condition...if they only knew how awful it looked before Giovanni cleaned it!) We have just bought a new home and will be calling Xtreme Tile and Grout Cleaning again to clean our new grout surfaces.

I have known Mike Martin for over 20 years and he is very hard working, always punctual, reliable, organized and efficient! A few years ago he did a wonderful job removing carpet from my living room, hallway and stairs and replaced with new hardwood, blending and refinishing with my existing kitchen hardwood. Sam is a very hard worker. He stained my very old wood floors and they turned out beautifully. It took him longer than expected, but he did keep working at it until I was satisfied. He also did excellent electrical work!

Kenny came to the initial bidding process on time and prepared to deliver his initial quote. While he was at the job-site, he suggested other jobs that he is proficient in completing if we decided we need help. The first job was in demolishing and removing a gazebo that was constructed between two existing buildings. He was meticulous in dismantling it and left no trace when he was finished. Kenny will be refinishing our hardwood floors next, and installing laminate planking. Hope I can leave another review after he's done!
