When they came in my house they told me who they were and they were very courteous and they laid out all their stuff they knew what they were doing they pre spotted spots the quality of their equipment is professional and very very good they did an excellent job and it's the best I've ever seen my carpets look and they were very courteous and polite and they made sure everything was done right or and took their equipment out and left booties and instructions and a phone number to call if there was any problem and they were just wonderful I would recommend them to anybody
