From my first training I was hooked! Not only was Jamie entertaining, she gives the best workouts ever. What impresses me most is that she mixes up each session so it never gets boring. Another advantage, is that she individualizes her training to fit you!! I am a member of Spectrum and found myself doing the same boring workout, now I compliment what I continue to learn from Jamie and have more motivation to workout. She is also unbelievable intuitive. She can detect if you are doing something that may cause an injury, and quickly correct your form. You will not be disappointed, and I can guarantee that you will love the results!

This gym has transformed my training. May 22, 2015 Karen Saroyan NASM Certified Personal Trainer Strength & Conditioning Specialist Corrective Exercise, Weight Loss, Nutritional Specialist I take genuine pleasure in recommending Karen Saroyan to anyone looking for a personal trainer. Ms. Saroyan has been my mentor and trainer since 2013. When I arrived on her doorstep I weighed 165 pounds. Currently my weight stays around 118. At first I could not do a single push up and really didn't care much. Ms. Saroyan handed me her copy of "Younger Next Year" and suggested I give it a read. That is where we began. For me it all comes down to energy to live and enjoy life. With her help I changed my cooking and eating habits and started a little weight lifting. I purchased a fitbit and started walking. Nothing heroic but I began to see my body change. I felt more energized, my mind seemed sharper and I started to drop a few pounds. A year went by and I was beginning to believe I could be stronger. I saw my arms were becoming firmer more defined. We added a second workout during the week and now I am doing 23 pushups (real push ups) pumping 25 lb. shoulder presses and deadlifting 90 lbs. Oh I guess I should mention I'm 65 years old. I also run, spin, and do yoga however the foundation for all my workouts is weight training with Ms. Saroyan. I was really amazed to find out our workouts burn as much as 450 calories per 1-hour session. That is more than running, spinning, or biking. I've become a real fan and it's due to Ms. Saroyan's specialized circuit program she's developed over many years for maximum muscle response. Ms. Saroyan's specialty is 50+ postmenopausal women. She targets areas of hormone, bone and muscle loss. Her energetic and enthusiastic belief that anyone can achieve the same results is unwavering. She's skilled, dependable, and professional. When I'm not feeling up to doing a work out, she takes charge and tells me that's what she is there for. Then the music is turned up, and she asks if I can just do 10. I end up surprising myself with far more of a work out then I thought possible. This is my opinion and experience, of course, but I like the changes I've made and plan to stick with Ms. Saroyan. Kyle has extensive knowledge and experience in fitness and physiology. His know-how is clear but he does not approach clients in a clinical way. Kyle's work outs have been consistently effective, fun and interesting. His sense of humor and ability to clap back at whatever sass you throw his way makes him fun to be around! If you want individualized work outs that get stuff done, I recommend Kyle!
Excellent training routine and information! Learning about proper nutrition and form was what I appreciated most. Keeping up with those will allow quite a healthy and injury free future!
Karen is lively, enthusiastic, encouraging, and likable. Not only is she true delight to train with, but she is so nice and chill to talk to. She makes workouts enjoyable! She brings the equipment to your house and will make each workout hard but fun. She really tries to understand where you are in each exercise so knows how far to push you without being aggressive. She really knows the right amount of push someone needs and will help you get where you want to be. I have seen my muscle tone improve! Before actually starting the workout, the first 15 minutes we either ran, jump-roped, or did agility ladders to get our hearts pumped! She really will makes workouts fun. One session she took me out to a 5k race and it was really amazing because I have never participated in a race before. She ran beside me and followed my pace and pushed me to my furthest ability. After that, I wanted to do more races. She does not judge in any way and will be there for you step by step. She challenged me in every session and encouraged my success. Karen is wonderful! I'm an athlete for a living and every time something hurts or feels off Brandon has been able to find the source of the issue and has coached me on how to heal. His keen understanding of the body is impeccable and has prevented me from horrible potential injury. His Neurokenetic training in conjunction with being a massage therapist allows him to test muscles that the brain has turned off and finds the real reason your hurting. Brandon is also a personal trainer and is able to then advise and coach on how to strengthen weak muscles that are causing the issue. I highly recommend him, I come to him before going anywhere else and highly advise you do the same!
